Do I need to change tills?
No. Your till, card reader and printer stay yours: RACE Menu works alongside them.
Who prints the receipt?
Your till, as it does now. RACE prepares the bill, dish by dish, in menu order.
How do the orders arrive?
From RACE, on screen or printed, split by station: kitchen sees their dishes, bar sees theirs.
Do I need to install anything?
No. RACE runs in your browser on the tablet, computer or phone you already have. For ticket printers we install a small program.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. They scan the QR and the menu opens instantly on their phone.
How much does it cost?
59 € per month, VAT excluded. The first 14 days are free and we handle setup.
Do you take a commission on takings?
No. You only pay your POS fees, like you do now.
Can I use my logo and colours?
Yes. Menu, bookings and QR take your venue's logo, colours and photos.
How does the free trial work?
We'll set up an account with sample data so you can try everything right away. It lasts 14 days and we won't ask for your card.
What if something goes wrong during service?
Hit Support in RACE. Our team responds instantly—or if we're busy, an AI trained on your restaurant jumps in. Any change only happens with your approval.
